So, I gotta say, the breakfast was just phenomenal, I mean I’m not big on full English but they served it up perfectly. Plus the location was great, I mean it’s a lovely Yorkshire village, and the hosts? They were like welcoming old friends.

The family room with a garden view offered a pleasant layout, providing a decent amount of space for a couple. The well-equipped room had thoughtful touches in the mirror positions and ample coffee/drinks facilities, making it easy to unwind after a long journey.

The real kicker, though, was the lack of heating control. it was downright chilly, especially in the morning.
